Kindergarten to 2nd Grade

Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade are the beginning of the journey!

Our curriculum values relationships as much as learning. This is a place where our students are seen, known, and loved. Our students form friendships as they play, learn, and grow together. And they know they can look to their teachers, their madrichim (teenage teaching assistants), their Religious School Principal, and their Rabbis and Cantor for guidance and care.

Our renowned K-2 Religious School program is fun, engaging, active, and meaningful. Our youngest students spend the year learning about Torah stories, Jewish holidays, and Israel through stories, crafts, music, games and more! Learners explore as a community the Jewish values that shape our daily lives and the objects and people of our synagogue. Students begin learning the basics of the Hebrew alphabet and common Hebrew words, laying the foundation for the formal Hebrew study that follows in later grades.

We work around your schedule.

Students in K-2 have the option of choosing a class that meets on:
Sundays 9:15 am – 11:30 am OR
Mondays 4:15 pm – 6:30 pm OR
Tuesdays 4:15 pm – 6:30 pm

All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment.
